The conference focused on clearing up issues regarding PCI DSS for merchants in the UK market. It aimed to answer both general and technical questions regarding the Standard, and address common concerns and updates in the ever developing landscape.
The Information Security Service of the Corporate IT Forum was established in 2002 by a group of security officers from within the trusted membership of its large corporate organisations.
The Group felt that the security landscape was changing rapidly, producing threats of unprecendented diversity and magnitude. They called for a collaborative approach between large organisations for the security management of corporate information.
The Forum allows the exchange of knowledge and experience between IT proffesionals in a trusted and confidential environment.
